Justin Bieber has been cleared of assault and speeding.

The Los Angeles District Attorney's office rejected one case for reckless driving and another where Justin reportedly spat on his neighbour.

The neighbour had reportedly saved evidence of Justin spitting on him, but the singer insisted the incident had never happened. The D.A. concluded that since it was a case of one person's word against another the charges should be dropped, reports TMZ.

According to the D.A., threats Justin made to the neighbour at the time were not considered to be serious.

"I will beat the sh*t out of you and I will f**king kill you," Justin allegedly told the man. The D.A. believed the singer's actions were "disproportionate and immature, but since the neighbour had entered the property without invitation, Bieber's actions did not rise to the level of a criminal threat.'

New five-member girl group TREN-D released their debut MV for the song 'Candy Boy.' A jury in the US has rejected a claim that the promoter of Michael Jackson's comeback concerts was negligent in hiring the doctor who killed the superstar with a drug overdose.The verdict was read today, roughly five months after opening statements in the case filed by Michael's mother.

Katherine Jackson sought to hold AEG Live responsible for her son's death, arguing that it hired Dr Conrad Murray to be the singer's physician without considering whether he was fit for the job.

AEG Live denied any wrongdoing and said it was Michael who hired Murray.

TaeTiSeo makes an explosive debut as they released their mini-album Twinkle. The sub-unit of Girls’ Generation is considered to be one of the best K-pop subgroup. TaeTiSeo is composed of Taeyeon, Tiffany and Seohyun.  They are known for their great vocal skills and other talents.  The girls recently revealed the reason behind the name of the subgroup.  They explained that TaeTiSeo stands for their names, and the order is according to age.
The K-pop group has been dominating the charts just a few days after their debut.  The debut single topped the American Billboard charts.  Twinkle even surpassed other K-pop songs like Eat You Up.  The girls are expected to cause a stir in the K-pop community.  They will also be released in the international music scene, including other Asian countries and the US.

A representative from the Financial Services Commission revealed that Hyun Bin and Kara’s Goo Hara have been included in the list of recipients accept awards at the “50th Financial Savings Day,” which will take place on October 29. Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez showed their rumoured troubles were behind them as they enjoyed a late night date in New York.
The couple, who are thought to have rekindled their romance after apparently splitting, were spotted "arm in arm" at restaurant and arcade Dave And Buster's in Times Square.

The pair headed to the venue after Justin's concert in the city's Madison Square Garden and a source told Us Weekly they seemed to be having a blast as they played games together.

The insider said: "They were arm in arm the whole time, and even stole a kiss here and there.

"They definitely seemed happy and in love and had a great time."

Earlier in the evening, former Wizards Of Waverly Place star Selena was spotted watching the Baby singer perform on stage.

Justin Bieber has defended his decision to wear overalls to a ceremony with Canada's prime minister.
The pop sensation met Stephen Harper on Friday to be presented with the Diamond Jubilee Medal - an honour which marks significant achievements by Canadians - but he faced a backlash after wearing dungarees to the ceremony, with some people posting messages online slating his choice of outfit and one website even labelling him a "white trash prince".

But the star has now hit back at the criticism, explaining that he attended the ceremony straight after another event and didn't have anything to change into.

He wrote on his Instagram page: "The pic of me and the prime minister was taken in a room in the arena where i was performing at that day. I walked straight from my meet and greet to him."

Rihanna has apparently lost a movie role to pop rival Rita Ora.
The Talk That Talk singer was lined up to play a baddie in The Fast And The Furious 6 after impressing Hollywood head honchos with her acting debut in this year's Battleship, but it seems Rita has now been offered the part.

The Sun reports that there were also scheduling problems which got in the way of Ri-Ri taking on the role.

A source said: "Rihanna impressed movie bosses with her role in Battleship.

"But schedules didn't work out and Rita really shone during castings. They loved her look and her attitude."

Hot Right Now singer Rita will share the screen with Vin Diesel and wrestler-turned-actor Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson in the high-octane car racing flick, which is due to be released next year.

Justin Bieber has defended his move to meet the Canadian Prime Minister in his overalls.

The 18-year-old star greeted politician Stephen Harper in the casual outfit choice on Friday in Ottawa and was subsequently labelled "white trash" by a journalist.

The teenage heartthrob hit back by explaining the circumstances surrounding his denim dungarees on Instagram.

"The pic of me and the Prime Minister was taken in a room in the arena where I was performing at that day (sic)," he wrote, according to Entertainment Tonight.

"I walked straight from my meet and greet to him. It wasn't like it was like I was going into his environment we were at a hockey arena. Wow am I ever white trash (sic)."

The Beauty and a Beat singer also took the opportunity to post a snap of the meeting on his Twitter account.

One Direction's arrival atop the Billboard 200 albums chart this week with "Take Me Home" marked the second No. 1 for the act in less than a year. It follows "Up All Night," which also bowed at No. 1 on the list dated March 31.

With a pair of No. 1s on the Billboard 200 in less than a year's time, One Direction joins an elite group of acts that have managed the feat. Earlier this year, Justin Bieber did it with "Believe" (July 7), which was preceded eight months earlier by "Under the Mistletoe" (Nov. 19, 2011).

South Korean rapper PSY's Gangnam Style has become YouTube's most viewed video of all time.
YouTube says in a posting on its Trends blog that Gangnam Style had been viewed 805 million times as of Saturday afternoon, surpassing Justin Bieber's Baby, which has had 803 million views.

The blog says the "velocity of popularity for PSY's outlandish video is unprecedented".

PSY's video featuring his horse-riding dance was posted on YouTube in July, while Baby was uploaded in February 2010.

PSY's video has become a global sensation, with many people around the world mimicking his Gangnam Style dance.

In their October meeting, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, a South Korean, joked that he had to relinquish his title as "the most famous Korean", and tried a few of PSY's dance moves.

PSY called off his January’s solo performance at Honda Center in Anaheim, California. The ticketing agency Ticketmaster said, “PSY was to perform at Honda Center on January 26, 2013. Unfortunately, the headlining performance is cancelled. For those who already purchased the ticket will be refunded.”

At first, PSY’s agency told that the cancellation was due to conflicting schedules caused by PSY’s international travel issue. Regarding the reschedule, on November 22, YG Entertainment responded, “The official date has not been finalized, though the performance will be delayed until PSY releases his next album.” Accordingly, PSY’s follow-up album release date has been postponed after his Anaheim performance had to be delayed.

It has been told that the date for PSY’s new album and solo concert will be held in February or March 2013.

On November 30, PSY is to show up at Mnet’s “2012 MAMA (Mnet Asian Music Award)” in Hong Kong. 

Girl group miss A, who recently wrapped up its local promotions, will kicking off promotions in Taiwan and China.

miss A members recently departed for Taiwan where the group will hold a variety of events. The group plans to attend press interview on November 23, hold a fan meeting on the 24th and attend miss A dance competition on the next day.

Recently, miss A released a Chinese version of ‘Independent Women Pt. III Special Edition’ in Greater China. The album includes a DVD containing miss A’s music videos for “I Don’t Need A Man” and previous track, “Touch”.

Chris Brown and rival Drake will not face criminal charges for their June nightclub brawl, according to reports.

The rappers were involved in a fight at WIP nightclub on June 14 that left many partygoers bloodied and bruised.

TMZ reports police have closed the case due to lack of evidence.

Law enforcement sources tell the website no criminal charges will be filed against Chris, Drake or members of their entourages.

Drake's lawyer Blair Berk appeared to confirm the report.

"Drake was never even a suspect so it's no surprise," he told the website.

Chris and his entourage reportedly sustained serious injuries in the melee, which reportedly erupted over Chris' ex-girlfriend, Rihanna.

Harry Styles enjoyed "just sitting there" on the set of his new music video.

One Direction recently debuted the promo for their latest single Little Things, taken from the band's new album Take Me Home.

In the clip, Harry and bandmates Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne and Niall Horan are shown strumming their guitars as they sing the loved-up lyrics.

The 18-year-old says the low-key video was a welcome change after some of their more energetic offerings.

"It was real nice for us actually because most of the video shoots we do we have to get an early night before 'cause we know we are going to be so energetic and jumping around a lot," Harry told MTV News.
