News: Avril joins fiance on the road

Avril Lavigne has headed Down Under to join fiance Chad Kroeger on tour.
Nickelback are currently on the road in Australia and Avril was at Chad's side as he performed in Perth in Western Australia to a stadium packed with almost 15,500 people, before flying to Brisbane in Queensland.

The couple were snapped hand-in-hand as they prepared to board their flight, with Avril looking ever the rock chick in a leopard print cap, 'Keep On Trucking' T-Shirt, and of course her giant 14 carat diamond engagement ring.

Chad, 37, recently revealed that Avril, 28, was busy planning a suitably rock and roll celebration for their wedding.

He also confessed he had previously lived a wild rock lifestyle on the road, describing himself as "walking penis", but vowed he had changed his ways now he and Avril are set to tie the knot.

And Avril can put her mind at rest about any Nickelback groupies while she is on the road with Chad.
